Electrical Engineer - Power Distribution Specialist



We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Power Distribution Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical power distribution systems. This role requires expertise in power distribution technologies and the ability to work with complex electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical power distribution systems according to project requirements
- Evaluate and select appropriate components and materials for power distribution systems
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction and installation
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of power distribution systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing power distribution infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing power distribution systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to electrical power distribution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on projects in the Philippines or other Southeast Asian countries preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with renewable energy sources (solar, wind) is a plus.

Salary: 1100$ per month.

Note: This is a full-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
