Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team in Al-Khor. Your main goal will be to drive sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement training programs as needed
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market is preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
