Land Surveyor

Our rapidly expanding company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys and measurements of land and structures using specialized equipment and software. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and creating detailed reports for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate land surveys using a variety of surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser levels
- Collect and analyze data to create detailed maps, drawings, and reports
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate land measurements
- Utilize specialized software to assist in data analysis and report creation
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on survey results
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards while conducting surveys
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor preferred
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with specialized software used in land surveying (AutoCAD, ArcGIS)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
