Personal Trainer - Fitness and Wellness Specialist

As a Personal Trainer, you will work one-on-one with clients to design personalized fitness plans, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients meet their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized fitness plans based on client goals, needs, and abilities.
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients, focusing on proper form and technique.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to fitness plans.
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits for overall wellness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and certifications.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer in a high-volume gym or fitness center.
- Certification in personal training from an accredited organization.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Proficient in English language (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Must have a passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
