Restaurant Manager - Ar-Ruwais, UAE

As a Restaurant Manager at our establishment in Ar-Ruwais, UAE, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing and training a team of staff members, creating and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and maintain profitability. Your role will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, as well as a solid understanding of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including managing inventory, ordering supplies and monitoring food quality.
- Train and manage staff members, ensuring they provide efficient and friendly service to customers.
- Create employee schedules and handle any staffing issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and maintain profitability.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and making necessary adjustments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field.

Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience).
