Our restaurant in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff schedules and performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new menu items or promotions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Strong communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred).
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle pressure well.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
