Restaurant Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ar-Ruwais. As a leader in our establishment, you will be responsible for managing and training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high quality standards, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. This is a seasonal job with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation is not provided but visa sponsorship is available. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Train and manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff according to business needs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make modifications as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an asset)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
