Filipino Barista

A well-known café in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled and experienced Filipino Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a barista, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of different coffee brewing methods. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month, without accommodation, and with free visa and ticket. This position is urgent, so candidates who are currently based in the UAE will be given preference.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to company standards
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Upsell additional products and services to customers when appropriate

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
