Sales Manager - Contract Position (Pakistani or Kenyan Nationals)



We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais on a contract basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, guidance, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the biometric passport industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Pakistani or Kenyan nationality preferred
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Ar-Ruwais
