Contract Baker (Ar-Ruwais, Qatar)


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar on a contract basis. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for baking a variety of goods such as bread, pastries, and other desserts for our customers. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating delicious baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake a variety of goods including bread, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery area
- Order supplies and ingredients as needed
- Train new team members on baking techniques and recipes

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to ensure products are ready for sale at designated times
- Creativity to develop new recipes and ideas for baked goods
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract role.
