Handyman for Maintenance and Repair - Ar-Ruwais, UAE

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our facilities. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify any issues or repairs needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management or tenants.
- Keep track of necessary materials and supplies needed for repairs.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when performing repairs.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed.

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred.
- Must have a valid biometric passport.
- Experience in handyman work is not required but preferred.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
- Good communication skills in order to understand and fulfill maintenance requests.
