We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Pakistani national with English speaking abilities, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's daily operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards. This is a seasonal job with the opportunity for long-term employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff members to ensure efficient and friendly service
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create schedules for staff members based on business needs and budget constraints
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing and maintain inventory levels
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Pakistani national with fluent English speaking abilities
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to create budgets, analyze financial reports, and manage costs
- Must be able to obtain a valid work visa sponsorship
- Accommodation will be provided

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
