We are in need of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with speed, efficiency, and precision. Your role will also include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, managing inventory and supplies, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
- Ensure quality control by following standard recipes and using proper techniques
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the café including work stations, equipment, dining areas, and restrooms
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to create new menu items or promotions
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art skills are a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds without assistance

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Kuwait.

Preference:
This position is open for Nepali nationals who are proficient in English. Part-time positions may also be available for students or those without previous experience. Accommodation may be provided depending on availability.
