We are hiring a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait! As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires someone with experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably as a barista. A love for coffee, a positive attitude, and great communication skills are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on our menu items, including coffee beans and brewing methods
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including equipment, counters, tables, etc.
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Restock inventory as needed

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and coffee beans is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
