Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Al-Kuwait. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to final completion. You will work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to review design plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the bidding process for subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety guidelines
- Conduct site visits regularly to inspect progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Preference will be given to candidates who already have a valid visa for Al-Kuwait. Women are encouraged to apply.
