Sales Manager - Al-Kuwait


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities, including developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the performance of the sales team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure alignment in business objectives
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the relevant industry (sales experience in Al-Kuwait is preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Ability to travel within Al-Kuwait for client meetings or industry events

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Master's degree is preferred)
- Experience working in the Indian or Kenyan market is an advantage
- Valid Kuwaiti residency visa (Own visa candidates are welcome)
