Part-time Administrative Assistant (Kuwait)
We are a leading company in Al-Kuwait, seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the administrative field while working part-time.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting room or office
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and ordering when necessary
- Perform basic data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for senior staff members
- Complete other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred, but not required
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Compensation:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will be provided, along with a free visa and ticket.
