Loader Supervisor
The Loader Supervisor will oversee the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks or other transport vehicles, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. They will be responsible for managing a team of loaders, delegating tasks and monitoring their performance. The Loader Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as a loader, with strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. They must have a good understanding of safety regulations and procedures, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively manage their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure all loading activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods
- Train new loaders on safety protocols, equipment operation, and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to management
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations
- Monitor loading schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino candidates preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al-Kuwait (Filipino candidates preferred)
