Excavator Operator
Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be a skilled operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operating heavy equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining excavators on construction sites, following safety protocols and ensuring efficient and accurate operation of the equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to perform various tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and loading/unloading materials
- Conduct daily maintenance checks on the equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Keep detailed records of daily operations and submit reports as required

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Excavator Operator in the construction industry
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)
- Valid driver's license and own transportation (company transportation may be provided)
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments for extended periods
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Must have valid work permit/visa for Kuwait (preferably Indian nationality)
