Executive Chef - Nepali Cuisine


We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Nepali cuisine and be able to create authentic and innovative dishes that will delight our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menus featuring authentic Nepali dishes, utilizing fresh, local ingredients
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions featuring Nepali cuisine

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of Nepali cuisine and techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Valid own visa for Kuwait or ability to obtain one quickly
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100 USD per month.
