Job Title: Construction Manager

We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all phases of the construction process, ensuring quality work is completed on time and within budget. The role also involves collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Kuwait
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all construction activities from start to finish
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed according to project deadlines
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review contract documents for accuracy and prepare necessary reports
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are met
- Manage budgeting, cost control measures, change orders, and project expenses
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare progress reports for clients as needed
