Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This position requires an individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in India
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
