Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and manage staff members, including servers, cooks, and other support staff
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions or new menu items that will attract customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus
- Must be able to provide valid work permit for Al-Kuwait

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation.
