Job Title: Mason - Construction Worker (Al Ahmadi, Kuwait)

We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and foundations using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. You will also be required to read and interpret blueprints, mix and apply mortar or cement, and operate various tools and equipment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and following construction plans
- Ability to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Fluent in English with good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare building surfaces by laying out patterns or cutting bricks to fit corners or angles
- Mix mortar or cement according to specifications for each job
- Lay bricks or other masonry units in rows, courses or patterns using mortar as adhesive
- Repair or replace damaged brickwork or other structures
- Operate trowels, levels, saws, hammers and other tools as needed
- Clean excess mortar from brickwork using tools such as brushes or trowels
- Follow safety protocols at all times on the job site
