We are currently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Bayan, Canada. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavator in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily pre-operational checks and report any issues
- Follow project plans and blueprints to determine excavating locations
- Dig trenches, ditches, foundations, or other excavations according to specifications
- Load and unload materials using excavator bucket or other attachments
- Ensure proper slope and grade of excavations
- Coordinate with ground crew for safe movement of equipment on site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating excavators
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks as needed
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on construction sites or in similar environments
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Certification in heavy equipment operation
