Excavator Operator

We are currently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Bayan. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate and move materials on construction sites. Your duties will include inspecting and maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, and working closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators
- Valid heavy equipment operator license
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, level surfaces, and move materials on construction sites
- Inspect equipment before each use and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Communicate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate work efficiently
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine proper digging locations, depths, and angles
- Record daily activities, materials used, and equipment maintenance in logs or reports as required

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
