Florist - Floral Designer



We are in search of a creative and skilled Florist to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals, and other events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Discussing and understanding clients' needs and preferences for floral arrangements
- Selecting appropriate flowers, greenery, and other materials for arrangements
- Cutting, arranging, and securing flowers in bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and other displays
- Maintaining inventory of fresh flowers and supplies to ensure availability for orders
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their flower selections
- Managing orders and payments accurately to ensure timely delivery of arrangements
- Setting up displays in the shop or at event venues according to design plans
- Keeping the work area clean and organized to maintain a professional appearance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer is preferred but not required
- Creativity and artistic skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and understand their needs
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1500$ per month based on your experience level.
