Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are a busy restaurant specializing in Indian cuisine located in Bayan, and we are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the leader of our restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and monitoring inventory levels
- Train and supervise employees on proper food preparation and service techniques
- Ensure high quality food and service is consistently provided to customers
- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Manage budget and expenses to maximize profits
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items or specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Indian cuisine
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for sanitation and hygiene
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing budget effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
