Barista - Part Time (With Visa Sponsorship) - Bayan, Kuwait



We are a busy cafe in Bayan, Kuwait looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team on a part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nepali individual with limited experience in the coffee industry, as we are willing to provide training and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages. Your main duties will include taking customer orders, operating the espresso machine, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and handling cash transactions.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills in English and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a friendly personality with a passion for creating high-quality coffee drinks. Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required.

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends. We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with training opportunities to develop your skills further. As we are looking for someone with visa sponsorship, this position is open to Nepali nationals who are currently residing in Kuwait.
