Radio Technician


A reputable radio station in Bayan is seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio broadcasting equipment. You will also be required to troubleshoot technical issues and perform regular inspections to ensure the smooth operation of our radio station.

Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and maintain radio broadcasting equipment such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, and audio mixing consoles
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate equipment usage for live broadcasts
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing radio broadcasting equipment
- Knowledge of transmission systems, audio processing techniques, and signal flow principles
- Familiarity with FCC regulations related to broadcasting operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
