Office Assistant - Bayan, Contract Position
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bayan on a contract basis. This position is open to both Africans and foreigners who are proficient in English. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinating with other departments as needed
- Running errands, such as picking up supplies or documents
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
