Merchandiser Coordinator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser Coordinator to join our team in Bayan, India. As a Merchandiser Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the purchasing and display of products in our retail stores. Your main goal will be to ensure that our store shelves are stocked with the right products at the right time to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to purchase products that align with our company's brand and customer needs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders as needed
- Plan and implement product displays that attract customers and maximize sales
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled according to company standards
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, availability, and overall visual appeal
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for featured products
- Analyze sales data and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Train store staff on proper product handling, placement, and presentation techniques
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and resolve any quality or delivery issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Strong communication skills for building relationships with suppliers, vendors, and store staff
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs

Salary:
This is a contract job offering a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
