Sales Manager


We are a dynamic retail company in Bayan seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Establish strong relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships with potential clients
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, inventory management, and finance to ensure smooth operations
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products/services

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bayan (no English language skills required)
