Waiter/Waitress at a Restaurant in Bayan


We are hiring an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Bayan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work well under pressure, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Present menus and take orders from guests
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and served promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is an asset
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month, plus tips.
