Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our restaurant in Bayan, Pakistan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in choosing menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them regularly during their meal
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them quickly
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Clean and set up tables for new guests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work well as part of a team
