A reputable landscape design and maintenance company in Bayan is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as planting, watering, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, and mulching
- Monitor plant health and identify any signs of disease or pests
- Propagate plants through seed sowing or cuttings
- Install new plants, trees, and shrubs according to design plans
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Keep garden beds clean and free of debris
- Provide suggestions for plant selection and placement to enhance the overall design of the garden
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the garden's appearance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers commonly found in Bayan
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Excellent time-management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail in order to maintain high standards of garden appearance

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.
