Administrative Assistant - Bayan, Pakistan
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the office by handling a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This position is based in Bayan, Pakistan and is suitable for men who do not require English proficiency or prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Manage office filing system and organize documents
- Process invoices and maintain financial records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Support HR with recruitment process, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Proficient in Urdu, both written and verbal communication skills required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
