Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah


Our high-end restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and maintain the exceptional quality of our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in French cuisine and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and vision
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to consistently deliver exceptional dishes
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including plating and presentation
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage food costs and work within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of French cuisine, techniques, and ingredients
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus that are both visually appealing and delicious
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff members
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of food costs, inventory management, and budgeting processes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
