Land Surveyor


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, providing accurate data and reports, and playing a crucial role in the planning and development of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying instruments, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Collect data on topography, boundaries, existing structures, and other features of the land
- Analyze data to determine property boundaries and prepare detailed maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in surveying results
- Keep accurate records of survey data, including notes, sketches, photos, and other relevant documentation
- Monitor survey equipment for proper functioning and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites or in potentially hazardous environments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills for working with team members and clients from diverse backgrounds

Salary: $1100 per month

This is a full-time position suitable for men. Accommodation will not be provided but we offer a free visa and ticket for Indian nationals.
