Retail Merchandiser - Ar Rumaythiyah, Kenya

We are hiring a Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that our products are effectively displayed and promoted in various retail locations.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain product displays in retail stores according to company standards
- Ensure that products are properly stocked, priced, and labeled
- Build relationships with store personnel to ensure our products are given prime placement and promotion
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to appropriate team members
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
