Sales Manager



We are a rapidly growing company in the city of Ar Rumaythiyah and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. English speaking candidates and women are encouraged to apply.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our sales team, setting sales goals, and developing strategies to increase revenue. You will also be in charge of developing relationships with clients and maintaining existing ones. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve company goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to upper management
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive strategies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience in developing successful sales strategies
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
