Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Clean and set up tables for new guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Ar Rumaythiyah
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ar Rumaythiyah, but we welcome applicants of all nationalities who meet the requirements.
