Office Assistant for Filipino Nationals in Bayan
We are a reputable company in Bayan seeking a dedicated and efficient office assistant to join our team. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Maintain filing system for important documents
- Order office supplies and keep inventory well-stocked
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- Filipino national with valid work permit in Bayan preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Tagalog/English)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
