We are a well-established café located in the heart of Ar Rumaythiyah and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and has experience working in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee-based beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all drinks are made with high quality ingredients and presented in an attractive manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the equipment, workstations, and dining area
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Handle cash transactions using POS system and maintain accurate records of sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
