Machine Operator - Contract Position (Nepali Speaking)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Hawalli on a contract basis. As our ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in operating machines and equipment in a manufacturing or production setting. You will be responsible for setting up machines, loading materials, monitoring operations, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines and equipment according to instructions
- Set up machines for production by installing molds, adjusting settings, and loading raw materials
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth running and detect any issues or malfunctions
- Conduct regular quality checks of products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed
- Keep detailed records of production output, machine maintenance, and quality control checks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is preferred
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents
- Familiarity with different types of machinery such as lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to machine operation

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1300$ per month for this contract position.
