Executive Chef - International Cuisine
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Hawalli. Our company specializes in providing international cuisine to our diverse clientele, and we are looking for a talented individual who can bring innovative ideas and exceptional taste to our menu.
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high quality and consistent dishes are served. You will also be responsible for supervising and training kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and controlling food costs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and ability to create unique and appealing dishes
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of kitchen staff
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is required
Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1200$, negotiable based on experience.

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is considered an asset.
