Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Hawalli. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You must have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with both customers and employees. A background in the food and beverage industry is required, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure quality service is provided to customers
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Create schedules for staff members that optimize productivity while balancing labor costs
- Maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and other supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback or market trends
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance goals, company updates, and any concerns or issues that may arise
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding financial performance, customer satisfaction rates, and any other relevant data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant financials such as P&L statements, budgeting, cost control measures etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Salary: 1000$ monthly salary plus potential bonuses based on performance.

Location: Hawalli (Filipino applicants preferred)
