Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Hawalli, Kuwait)
We are in search of a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at a popular Indian restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait. As the Restaurant Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
- Handle customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
