Head Chef (Malayalee/Kenyan/English Speaking)

As a Head Chef with our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and leading a team of kitchen staff. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining menu items, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation, and managing inventory and ordering supplies. You will also be responsible for training and developing kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Head Chef, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment. They must have excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients, and the ability to create new and innovative dishes. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with the team.
