Indian Construction Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Hawalli. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and budgeting all activities related to the construction process. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed construction plans and schedules
- Hire and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Communicate with clients about project updates, changes, and issues
- Resolve any conflicts or problems that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in India or similar environment
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong communication skills

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Hawalli
